SHIPPING COSTS
The standard delivery fee is $3.00 per order within Canada.
Shipping to the US is available for $10.00 per order.

Delivery Schedule
All deliveries within Canada are sent through Canada Post, which means you can expect delivery within 2 weeks. Your delivery may arrive as soon as within 2-3 business days within the GTA.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping for orders over $50.00 within Canada.

Gift Purchase
Rin Jewellery will ship your gift in a luxurious box packaging for $10.00 within Canada and $15.00 to the US. 
A greeting card with your personal message can be included as well.
Rin earrings will make a special gift for Christmas, Valentines day or personal events.

Credit Cards
We currently accept credit card payments through Paypal, which is a secure online payment system that Ebay developed.
You do not need a paypal account to pay with your credit card.
If you are a paypal member, you can use other sources such as your bank account to pay for your order on Rin Jewellery.

If the name on the check is different from the one in shipping address, please simply make a note on the check.
This method will take longer to process, since we have to receive the check and verify that the check is valid before shipping your order.

Other Methods
For Canadian bank account holders, you can pay for your order through Interac Email Money Transfer.
Select "Other" on the payment page.
The rest of the process is done through online banking at your bank's website.

Rin Policy
Due to hygienic reasons, all earrings must be final sale.
Rin will try its best to provide as much as pictures and information about the jewellery as possible. Returns and exchanges will not be processed.

Product Defects
All Rin jewelleries are hand crafted and packaged under careful inspection.
All crystals are carefully wrapped and protected. There is no returns or exchanges for defective reasons that we cannot verify. However, any damage that can be repaired can be sent to Rin for repair during the lifetime of the jewellery. (Delivery fee must be included in the package.)

Keep in Mind
Jewellery colour will differ slightly on screen depending on your monitor.
Most parts of Rin earrings are coated fashion jewellery. To keep the colour from changing, you need to take care of the earrings. Do not wear the jewellery with perfume or lotion and keep away from wet areas.
